Welcome to Pixiteq.in. By accessing our website and availing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services Offered
Pixiteq provides professional Web Design and Digital Marketing services to clients worldwide. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Web Design & Development Services – 50% advance required before project commencement; balance upon completion and before final delivery.
Digital Marketing Services – 100% advance required, strictly non-refundable.
3. Delivery & Revisions
Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement.
Any delay from the client in providing required content (text, images, etc.) may delay the project. Pixiteq will not be responsible for such delays.
Standard revisions are included as per project scope. Additional revisions may be charged separately.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
Clients must ensure they have legal rights to use any content (images, videos, texts) provided to Pixiteq.
5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables will remain the property of Pixiteq until full payment is received.
After full payment, the client will have rights to the final deliverables. However, Pixiteq retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pixiteq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Third-Party Tools
If third-party plugins, software, or services are required, their cost will be borne by the client. Pixiteq is not responsible for the functionality or availability of such third-party tools.
8. Governing Law
All disputes are subject to the laws of India. Jurisdiction will be the courts of New Delhi, India.
9. Amendments
Pixiteq reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
