1. Domain & Hosting Services
100% advance payment required.
No refund or cancellation is allowed once the service has been purchased, as these are third-party resources booked specifically for the client.
2. Web Design & Development Services
50% advance payment required before the project begins.
Advance payment is non-refundable once the work has started.
If a project is cancelled by the client before commencement, the refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Digital Marketing Services
100% advance payment required.
Payments made towards digital marketing services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Project Delays or Termination
Pixiteq will not be responsible for delays caused due to late submission of content or feedback by the client.
In case of project termination by the client, any advance paid will not be refunded.
5. Refund Processing
All refund requests, if applicable, must be made in writing via email to info@pixiteq.in.
Approved refunds (only for eligible cases) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
